I have ordered new the gluten free on and dh the vegetarian one , blardy nuisance vegetarian he is! Felt a bit weird to order the meat one at the same time!

Cooked rendang tonight, it was yummy but a but disappointed how non authentic it was. Is the indian book authentic or westernised indian?

Indian one appears to be very authentic. Had a flick through of Thermolicious' copy.

We're liking the Indian, the recipes are pretty hot and flavor-some. Hubby seems to be our Indian cuisine king!!!
