I have a DD aged 7 months. I am planning to have number 2 in about 12-18 months.
I have returned to work FT after 6 months off and it was very hard. My daughter goes to day care 3 days and family for 2 days.
The idea was to work until we had number 2 full time to save some more money then go part time for about 3 years while they were little.
My question is Is it better to be part time while they are babies or more as they are older 4plus years? What's your experience? When do they need your support/guidance even more?
