Default To anyone who had their HGC (beta level) checked in very early pregnancy.

Can you share with me your level?

I had a BT at approx 3 weeks 6 days and the level was only a 3. I had a very very faint + on a FRER test (I know they say that is impossible but this is true).

48 hrs later the level was checked and rose to 26 so approx 4 weeks 1 day. This is going by LMP although I am quite sure I did O late in my cycle!

Dr said my levels are on the low side and wants to recheck again next week as it could be ectopic?

keep checking an ectopic is something you want to catch early so it can be medically treated not surgically

According to the dating scan i had on 21/12 I would have been 4w4d.

I can only go by that dating scan as my LMP was 17/09.. My cycles were ALL out of wack!

Fingers crossed your just one of these ladies that has really low hcg levels during pregnancy! (I don't remember what mine was at the same time with my first pregnancy. I was naive and had no idea about the importance of blood tests etc as it was my first pregnancy! I only had the 1 blood test and that was to confirm my pregnancy.)
