    I use chicken tenderloins instead of roasting chicken, and cook it on the grill on the BBQ. I also just put the chicken in the marinade - I don't rub it in it. I cook the left over marinade and spoon it over the cooked chicken when serving. So yum!

    Oh wow that looks totally do-able! I was expecting 20 different spices. That's definitely on the menu plan this week. Yummmm
