Magnus. Lol, DH used to always drop it and I'd bag it so bad that he eventually said he had been "only joking" about seriously liking it I think it's so ugly.
Names that I onced like but were ruined by either people I dislike having that name or using it for their kids: Layla and Isabella. Very pretty, lovely names, but because of the people I associate them with, they are off my list.
I also love the name Emma and would use it for a girl, but I named my cat that 5 years ago, and she is still our pet, so would be a bit odd, haha.

    I could never use:

Bruce, Roger, Grant, Hercules,Mercedes (it's a car not a name), Candy, Trixie, Louise (girl I knew at school who wet her pants constantly and was taunted with Lou-wees), Eric (next door neighbours dog), Prudence, Faith, Hope, Charity, Patricia and I wouldn't use my name either.

*Sorry if your child has a name on my list!*

I actually know a 3 year old named Albus gandalf busby, and busby is not the last name.

I really like Hermione, but harry potter ruined that for me.

I am also not using hooker type names - Candy, bambi, trixi etc.

I named my daughter Annabelle and the midwives said it was lovely and couldnt remember having an Annabelle on the ward, so i thought bingo, classic name not too common my kid is set.

Six months later i ran into my midwife who told me started the trend she had delivered 10 Annabelles or Anabel or Annabel etc. All from my antinatal class, where i had mentioned i liked teh name, lol.

It was so important my kids have different names as in my grade i had so many double and tripple same named kids we all got unfortunate nicknames.

I was one of 6 with the same name, they had to split us up.
