    Default Breville Scraper Mixer Pro

    I've been given one of these as an early birthday present...

    Sooo.. Who has one, any tips, recipe recommendations? I can't wait to make something!!!

    I got my 12yo one of these for Christmas, she is really into baking. So far she has made cupcakes and cakes, we have found we get a better texture than with the old hand mixer. Will be trying a pav soon. It's an excellent mixer.

    I despise hand mixing!! And really like that it has a timer!! I can't wait to get started and make some cupcakes/cakes etc!!
