I'm so sorry Maryz, let us know how you go tomorrow.
I have heard that bleeding is more common in IVF pregnancies.
I really hope it's all ok!!

Maryz, I've got everything crossed for you, but it's not that uncommon. Hang in there..

My FS said that hcg doesn't multiply as quickly with ectopic and progesterone is normally a bit lower.

Thanks so much everyone. We are real worried but for now the bleeding has stopped so thank goodness for that. I hope it doesn't start again. They got me an urgent scan for 2.45pm today, fingers crossed we hear the heart beat.

Maryz, I had a bleed also. Scary but not uncommon. I went in to the OB for a scan the next day too. I really hope your scan gives the all clear. Stick little one! I still get cramps and lower back pain, just like af.

Haydos, cool, so your placenta is in a good spot then. I'm not sure if mine has moved up yet. I have another scan in two weeks to check cervix length, I'll ask then.
star jumps huh? My 3d 12 week pics show turtle hiding behind the placenta also. Weird how ultra sound can see thro skin, muscle, tissue etc but not placenta.
i have been told that if bubs is not moving, kicking etc to have something sugary. Good to know if you think bubs has been quiet for a while and you want some kick to reassure you.

Maryz, its a nerve wracking wait after a bleed. I have had a negative result and a positive result after a bleed, I was sure this little fella wasn't going to work out at 7 weeks when I had a bleed, but here I am at week 30 nearly. It can go either way but if it has stopped, then that is a good sign. Fingers crossed for you, we'll all be waiting to hear how you went.

    Maryz - great news!
Are you on any progesterone support? Has this been mentioned to you at all?
