    Have you considered getting the baby bonus instead of paid leave? I think you can choose either?

    If that's the case it will have to go via your employer. BB is another option.

    Hi, bit confused... I'm entitled to maternity leave through my employer. Do I get the government parental leave in addition to this? (if we chose that over the baby bonus?)

    Is it paid maternity leave? Or just the time off. Yes u can get both if its paid
