    Default Failsafe diet

I would like to start the failsafe diet on my DS1. I have cut out additives etc, but have read that there is much more to it, so I need assistance.

I'm after feedback, advice, tips and recommendations for books and cookbooks.

    Thanks

Hi, I didn't end up doing the failsafe diet properly but maybe someone else can help there.

There is the Failsafe Cookbook which is ok.

I found it too hard with 3 to do properly. What I did is take as many of the additives and preservatives away that I could and went from there. For us as long as they stick to bakers delight bread and stay away from msg etc then that works for us.

Not sure if that link worked as I'm on my phone!
I have all the Sue Dengate books plus Additive Alert by Julie Eady is fantastic, we went additive/preservative free when I found out I was pregnant , luckily DS so far has no intolerance's/allergies/behavior problems so we don't need to watch out for salicylates etc
The website has a lot of info too fedup.com.au
Hope that helps or my naturopath is the best person I speak to in regards to food for DS
