Together 6 years, married for one. I guess it comes down to other factors besides relationship length. For example, age. We started dating at 18 so had things we wanted to achieve first, such as our careers, house, wedding etc. Age can also come into play with a woman's biological clock, if you meet your partner at 37 etc, you don't have the sort of time a younger woman has to start ttc

We started ttc when we had been together two years. We have been engaged 6 months now and together 3 yrs in total. Got engaged after 2.5 yrs dating.
Ttc for 12 months still nothing.

When we start TTC in September we will have been together 1yr and 9 months. We've talked about it since we go together and had a rough timeline 3 months into the relationship. September is only because we will be in our own place, she will nearly have finished the last of her training and we have to save for IUDI.

Accidentally fell pregnant after we had been together 2 years. Not bad considering we were so ridiculously irresponsible with contraception!
We started TTC DS2 when DS1 was 18 mths old and finally got a sticky bub 13 months later and this baby was concieved just before we celebrated our 7 year anniversary.

We'd been together about 18 months, lived together 12 months when we started ttc. We had our 2 year anniversary yesterday.
