I would ( if money wasn't an issue) get a boob job.
There are plenty of other things I don't like about my body but would not consider surgery on those areas.
Pre baby I was a very perky 10DD after I breastfed my daughter I filled an A cup with extra skin!! I had nothing * in* my breasts. Am now pregnant again and expect the same to happen, so thinking one day I might get surgery to * replace* what I lost is comforting.

I would have my stomach muscles sewn back up. its really uncomfortable having no abdominal muscles what so ever, not to mention ugly. I would also get one of those mini tummy tucks for the little bit of loose skin at the bottom of my tummy. I wouldn't get a boob job or anything else cos I'm fairly happy with my saggy boobs lol. They have served me and my kids well and in a good bra they look fine

I would LOVE to get a boob job in a couple of years!

Could i go through with it, I don't know.

But it would be nice to fix these horrible flappy skin looking things with a nipple that points towards the floor, that are supposed to be called boobs......

Oh yeah! Suck out my thighs and I'll be happy. I have very skinny ankles and calves and big thighs. I look like a chicken drumstick no matter how much exercise I do or weight I lose. I'll get it done after my next (and final) bub after I lose the weight and get fit again.

I thought I'd want to get my boobs done til I discovered Victoria's Secret and realised the difference a well fitted, padded push up bra can do.

If it wasn't for money, yep! I would have a breast augmentation to fill the empty sacs and would consider lipsosuction

I'm getting my nose done in a few weeks. It's something that has always bothered me and killed my confidence. It'll be nice to have a normal nose.

All the best with it hon, I hope you recover speedily and it's the outcome you desire.
