I think that at one stage I would have said no but this week has caused me to change my position.

I had a pigmentation spot about the size of a 5 cent coin that was right on the point of my cheekbone so front and centre on my face. It has been there for about 13 years and I have spent 13 years hating it and covering it up with make up for everything, even if only a trip to the supermarket. At my annual skin check lastvweek my gp said he wanted me to have it looked at by a dermatologist. I went on tuesday and while I was there he did a shave biopsy. Oddly enough I have very comfortably gone to work without any foundation even though I have a big raw gravel rash where it used to be until it heals. I feel quite transformed and liberated that this pigmentation is gone. So far no bad news from pathology so that is good too.

Has anyone had labioplasty after damage caused by vaginal
birth? My vb was great, with only superficial grazing. However I'm beginning to notice my inner labia are actually quite stretched now.... To the point of not insignificant discomfort when wearing jeans or trousers. Anyone with any experience?

I haven't had it done yet....but will be when babe #4 is born. I had a tear that wasn't repaired properly after DS2, and one side hangs lower. Not really for cosmetic reasons though, i actually find it uncomfortable.
