    wow I must be superwoman..

I was doing Karaoke less then a week (4 days) after my tonsils out.

Mind you I had also been doing weekly karaoke with tonsillitis for 8 months anyway.

Sorry I'm not meaning to rub anything in, but I think I seem to bounce back from operations a hell of a lot better then People think I should.. With my Gall bladder removal I was only off my feet for maybe 2 days... Most people are off for at least a week.

In regards to amusing you.. have you thought about taking up needlepoint? or another handicraft?

I spent 2 days in hospital on an iv with antibiotics from tonsillitis when I was 19. In the middle of summer no air con. It sucked balls.
And they didn't end up removing them.
I have had so many cokes today I think my blood has turned to cola

Okay - pity party over! Yesterday was a rough day. Today is just as painful but not feeling sorry for myself now.

I usually do well with pain and meds but not this time!

All I have been thinking about today is nachos.... they are too pointy though!

Nachos = ouchies. That's like after I had my four wisdom teeth out all I craved was steak. Had to make do with runny mince. Perhaps you could just like the corn chips ...

People have given me a tonne of icecream but I just don't feel like it.

I will wait it out for nachos. I am seriously craving steak - have been promised to be taken out for a good steak when better.

The husband made me icecream and chocolate for dessert because I was a good girl and ate some dinner!
