    I don't have any distractions, but I know your pain!!
    I had mine out a couple of years ago! And ate nothing but drugs and water for 2 weeks(who knew you could go so long without eating). Then still barely ate for a further 2 - 3 weeks. A little bit of advice that I learnt the hard way, you can't yawn for months after! It kills!! As does anything bubbly or spicy. I couldn't drink a freshly opened can of coke for ages!!

    I think that was the hardest part about it!! I went from drinking atleast 600mls a day, to nothing It took months of painful drinking before my throat could handle it again, but it was worth the pain, lol.

    Yawning does kill! I have figured out I need to force myself to sleep with mouth closed and to stop talking. Stopping taking is so hard. I think I pretended I want too sick over the past few days and paid for it badly.
