    Default Modern Cloth Nappies

    Hi all,
    Am considering using MCN's but there are SO many brands & styles & types, I would love some tips & recommendations please! First time Mum to be & am lost in all the cloth haha

    I remember how overwhelming it all was when I started out in cloth! I ended up buying a few trial packs from a couple of different places so that I could work out which type of nappy I wanted (i.e.: AIO/pockets), and which brand suited my little guy the best. Each baby is different when it comes to MCN's - what one person finds great, another might not.

    It all depends on what type of nappy you want, and how much money you want to spend. You can have a system where you don’t have to upgrade every time your baby changes sizes, and that works out a lot cheaper (OSFM = one size fits most). Or you can have a system where you buy a new set of nappies every time the baby upsizes (AIO's = all-in-ones). I have some of both.

    I have to agree that when I tried to decide on which brand it was very difficult, they all seem to be about the same quality so I compared how many inserts came with the nappy etc and purchased a few different ones from different companies. I tried and liked Green Kids and Insideout Organic brands, the button/stud nappies do fold down smaller than the velcro so can be used from baby to toddler. Do like the flush down the toilet liner for number 2s!
