Default 2 yummy recipes i want to share

i just made these and wanted to share them. i got them from some baby recipe website, think it was american. even though they are ment for DS i love them and might have to steal them!!

baby chicken fingers with apple - i doubled actual recipe so put what i did below
    500g chicken mince
    2 carrots grated
    2 apples grated
    1 clove garlic finely chopped
    1 onion finelly chopped
2 eggs (recipe says egg yolk)
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    dried thyme (i used fresh)
    black pepper

mix all together and shape into little sausages (I got 20) and cook under grill for approx 15 minutes, turning to brown.
i think this could do with a dipping sauce and the chicken can get quite dry.

    applesauce muffins
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 egg
    3/8 cup applesauce
    1 cup flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    pinch cinnamon

cream butter and suger, add egg beat until fluffy, add applesauce, stir in dry ingredients, mix until just combined. put in muffin tins and bake at 200C for 15 min.

i used 3/4 pouch of baby food (simply heinz apple, peach & mango) instead of the applesauce, and used the rest to put a drop on top of each muffin before cooking.
i also used muffin thingos that are curved (looks like 1/2 sphere) and got 15.
i also just put the butter, egg and sugar together in a tupperware hand mixer thingo instead of getting the electric mixer out.
