Check with your PHI as I know some cover them & others dont. MY PHI covers Epis

My spinal block costed me absolutely nothing! The anesthetist I had didn't charge a gap, so it was all covered by Medicare/PHI.

My first two cost me about $800, nothing back from PHI or Medicare. My third (different anesthetist) must have had no gap as I never received a bill.
