I don't snack anymore, not after 7pm anyway. I used to eat chips and chocolate, but I went cold turkey.
I brushed my teeth earlier to stop myself from eating. LOL

Lol Bell&Bug I brush my teeth too! I used to have braces so I brush my teeth straight after dinner and put my retainers in! Otherwise I agree with Penny88 a glass of milk fills you right up.
I'd love hot buttered white bread toast now come to think of it..

A glass of warm milk would be nice. Fills you up and helps you sleep.

I love Cobbs natural popcorn, lightly salted, slightly sweet. but I did just look at the packet and there is 6grams of fat per 30gram serve so maybe not!! Maybe you could airpop your own and put some icing sugr on it

Jen if I want a snack after dinner I do one of two things
1) I sit down with a large bottle of water and sip on that
2) I occasionally treat myself with Nestle Soliel (sp) chocolate mousse or dark chocolate dessert. Really yummy, but low in fat and suagr. OR, a skinny cow ice cream Sundae.
(I like the sweet stuff )
