A few years ago I had a full IVF cycle and my follicles were EVER so slow in growing, to the extent that although it was a fully stimulated cycle I was going back for scans every 2nd day for about 2-3 weeks as they didn't want to increase my meds in case it caused hyperstimulation and I had to drive 2 hours each way for the scan, so a 4hr return trip every 2nd day! Looking back now I don't know how I did it
What I'm getting at is that this cycle I had 2 follies, 22mm and 18mm which grew on their own with no drugs....so there is always hope for you (hope my news didn't make you feel bad but just want you to know that our bodies can always change and amaze us)

Its a BFN for me. Bloods to confirm tomorrow. So over this. I was politely informed that I need to get a new referral because its a year of fertility treatment next month. Also need to go back through screening bloods again. Over the last year I have watched people including some friends come and go to the clinic, and I feel like Im the only one still left on the shelf. I can tell by the fact that I have the 'old' card and cooler bag for gonal f.... One more cycle IUI and then its IVF for me.

I also know what you mean when the specialists office tells you they need another referral because they are only valid for 12 months, and you think "I have been trying with the help of a FS for over a year" and a year before that...when is it going to be our turn??
I just hold onto the fact that it will be our turn one day and at that point this will have all been worth it xo

WOW So many replies to get to!!
1xbabyplease - Im so sorry!! I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better. This sucks!!!!!! How did you know it was a BFN, did you POAS?
I agree with Lee's logic on the holding onto the fact that one day it will be worth it. I guess thats all we really have to get us through this all isnt it!!
Lee - Im seriously wondering about your FS!! HAHA!!! The booster shot works on the corpus luteum directly to increase and to keep it producing progesterone until the embryo can start producing it on its own through the placenta... you most certainly will get a raised level from it! Especially if you only had it a few days ago! And if you had more than one follicle that ovulated, that would also explain the raised progesterone from the production of it from two follicles rather than one...
Girl x - Im sorry, that is so frustrating! Im sure it will increase soon!!
Nturnbull - Yep, anything over 16mm and under 23mm they usually say...
How is everyone else going?? Im good, just cramping cramping CRAMPING!!!!!

Thanks Mam- it does still seem high so I'm hoping that does mean more than 1 LC and a better chance to catch an egg if there was more than 1 Fx.
How are you feeling Mam? I'm going crazy this 2ww- I'm usually much better at keeping occupied but all I can think is babies! I hope you cramping is a good sign!
Fx for everyone xo

AF isn't due until about mid next-week, and I am about 10DPO now (guessing you are about 9DPO?) So I have been testing every morning to see how long it takes to get a -ve (because previous cycles have been a bit confusing when I tested day AF was due). And this morning I still have an ever so slight line but I think it will be gone by tomorrow. So, basically once I know it's gone I can be sure of a future test. Normally I try not to test until day AF is due/missed...but sometimes that is hard to do lol
Really hope we get some BFP's this round on BH!!!

Yep day 9 post ovulation today (sun). Cramping is still terrible!! Massive sore boobs too but I know it's just the trigger shot! I'm not wasting any time or money on wee tests, I'll just wait for AF to arrive, if not blood test on sat.
Good idea on the making sure its negative and then waiting, but I couldn't do that, it would drive me insane!! Haha!!
How is everyone holding up??
