Just wondering, this might be a dumb question, but are pregnancies in PCOS ladies generally high risk? What would male a pregnancy high risk and what sort of problems might there be?

Well pregnancies with pre existing high blood pressure are high risk and PCOS is known to cause HBP (I have astronomically high BP if not on tablets) So I guess sometimes it can cause high risk pregnancies
