Default PLEASE HELP air con not working?

I have a Hyundai split air con in the loungeroom, I can get the heater working on it, but not the air con it just has normal air coming out of it. On the remote there is a reverse, sun (heater), rain drop, a star like thing and a fan, what do I need to have the air con on? Its so hot here today and I cant put it on? I also cant get the degrees down its on 27 atm.

P.S I put this thread here for more traffic flow please dont move it......
