Yes my son didn't start sleeping through until around 5 months either...
I think how you're feeling is completely normal. It is never-ending, demanding and exhausting being a new mum. I also attachment parented and I was completely on my own with DS. I literally spent every minute if every day and night with him for the first 6 months with no help and no partner to give me a break.
It gets easier, hang in there you're doing a great job.
