    Default New to this forum

Hi I'm new to this forum, and I'm just looking for people going through similar situation to chat to. I have already been very blessed to have a daughter who was conceived first time through IVF and I am currently waiting to start a FET cycle and I feel just as nervous as I did the first time around.

    Hi there and Welcome

I find FET's a lot less stressful on the body so try not to be so nervous Do you know if you are doing a natural cycle or HRT?

    Best of Luck

That's great. Natural is the way to go if you can. I had a natural FET for DD and although there were more blood tests etc, not having to take all the meds was great. This PG I did HRT as the FS made it sound really easy "only a couple of blood tests and we can control things blah blah blah". After all the meds I felt awful and have developed a small fibroid because of it. I had my 12 week scan and they saw it. My GP said that as it wasn't there for my 7 week or previous scan to measure for lining thickness that it was the meds that caused it. GRRRRR. I will never opt for HRT again.
Wishing you the best of luck fo you FET.
