    I have gone back and after how I was treated I have not gone back since as in used the shop.

    I went back to tell them the girl did not scan the box of softdrink and they rolled their eyes at me and made a joke out of it...this was the chick who MANAGED the register at the time.

    I told the girl I had the drinks but she was too busy flirting with the guy waiting in line behind me to care what I had to say.

    I have given back notes like the guy at the petrol station gave me... otherwise the fuel would have been practically free...I gave him 2 $100 notes he gave me 2 $50's stuck together in my change when the fuel cost $110

    When I worked at woolies back when I was at school my scanner broke and I managed to give a lady nearly $100 of free groceries needless to say we didn't see her. She was my first customer and didn't realize till the next one when they only had 2 items but only charged for 1.... At least I made her day

    Yes. Although once I didn't. I was at the car when I realised I wasn't charged for some cherry tomatoes, I had already put all three kids in their seats and it was too much effort to go back for 1.50

    I don't bother with big stores like supermarkets and Target, but do with smaller retailers and always do with wrong change (a short cash drawer can be horrible for an employee).

    Nope, if it scans for less then what it should, or they put wrong veggie in or miss something I don't say anything.

    If they give me too much change I say something.

    ETA: ^^this is for supermarkets etc.

    if they miss scanning something then i generally dont say anything if its a big national place like woolies but if its the local independant butcher or bakery or something then i do
