Oh, people that say they need to itch something. No, you need to scratch something, what you need to scratch is an itch.
People also saying to remember them of something instead of remind.
And my hubbies family never say the 'to be's' in sentences so will ask of the dogs 'want fed' instead of 'want to be fed'

I just watched an interview with the PM where she said 'a lot more better'.

That's our leader! Excuse me while I sit in the corner and stick a fork in my eye.

    Welcome email from SD's teacher:

..."can't wait to hear that all you did over the holidays"... I'm thinking it's meant to be something like 'I can't wait to hear all about what you did on the holidays'...

Second last paragraph of same email:

... "Looking forward to meeting you, SD, and your, parents, to!"

Slightly freaking out. Never met this teacher, it's a new school and we pay a lot of $$ for SD to go there.

    Tomorrow will be interesting.

I'm sure you have other little pet hates, that others couldn't relate to. There is no need to trivialize some one else's.

Luckily for me the website tells me they're open every day of the week - including Tusday, Wensday, Thersday and Saterday.

Guess who isn't getting my business!!
The person responsible for that might actually be dyslexic. Both of my y two bosses(brothers) are dyslexic and have learnt to let me proof read any written correspondence they pen. Hehe
