Also make sure you pack kindy bags the night before...until you have everything running smoothly you might find time to do it in the morning.

Totally agree. Calm mornings make for a beautiful day. I'll have to look out for those containers. Thanks.

I meant I'm about to do it again when returning to work after ds2 probably helps too that I live only minutes from work, daycare and school so don't have the travel. And i always get up first and get myself ready before I do anything. I always have bags and clothes ready the night before too.

Same as me in every respect!

    Other things I do:

    1) Put washing in machine on time delay so the cycle finishes just as I am getting home, and can then hang it out straight away.

    2) Make up all DS's MCNs for child care, complete with liners, on the weekend and stack them in bunches of 5 ready to go, with a wet bag on top of each pile.

    3) Spend 20 minutes when I get home from work "picking up" around the house - taking washing into the laundry, picking up toys, emptying the dishwasher (I time it on the microwave!) and then that is it for house work during the working week. On weekends, DF and I take one end of the house each and clean properly.

    4) My two favourite words: Ironing Lady
