Default Naturopathy and/or Accupuncture Alongside IVF

    Hi All,
I have just got my results back after my 1st frozen embryo transfer to find I had/have a chemical pregnancy.

I'm having to have a full stimulated cycle again and I was considering incorporating both naturopathy and Accupuncture, I was just curious on anyone else's experiences or success?

    Hi there!

I have had 3 full stim cycles and one frozen - and the two cycles that I did acupuncture with I got my BFP. I did miscarry one, but my most recent cycle, I did chinese herbs (for a cold uterus) and acupuncture, and Im now 10 weeks pregnant, with everything looking perfect so far.

So I'm a big believer in the acupuncture. Could be coincidence, but I figure it cant hurt to try. We already fork out thousands of dollars for IVF, whats an extra $60 or so for acupuncture.

    Goodluck with your next cycle

Oh and I also started taking CoQ10 and royal jelly before my last cycle.

Thank you. That's what my partner and I are leaning towards. So did your Accupuncture specialist offer other services other than just the Accupunture? Like a herbal supplant or diets ect?

No mine didnt, but I dont have a lot of choice where I live. I got my herbs from a friend in QLD, and acupuncture from a local lady.

Down south a lot of them tend to specialise in both though.

The herbs were so gross. Tasted like feet. But they worked. I also take herbs now for my heartburn and MS. They work really well too.
