I have a MASSIVE dish of spinach & bacon macaroni cheese cooking away. Some for tonight, some for the freezer.
It was the last thing I felt like doing, but so far my "freeze for after bub arrives" meals consist of 2 containers of lasagne.. and that's all.
So thought I'd better get a few more microwaveable meals going.
Lastnight's dinner was much nicer though - pork sirloin steaks in plum marinade, with a big green salad and fresh crusty bread.. was yum!
