    Yum, that's one of my favourite meals ^^ Except I add warm pumpkin as well, and sometimes fetta instead of goats cheese. Mmmm.

    Red pumpkin and chicken curry with rice. Trying to use home grown coriander before whole plant goes to seed. What is with that plant - it lasts like two weeks?!

    wow there are some fancy chefs here on BH
    i'm cooking for one at the moment so have been cooking on weekends and freezing as single meals. tonight i have left overs from monday though, which is just chicken breast, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and cabbage in a tomato pasta sauce. boring, but easy!

    Slow cooker meatballs I found the recipe here, they are the yummiest ever, and so juicy and tender because they are slow cooked, and the sauce is really light and almost sweet (from the capsicum I guess). I've been smelling it since 12 and I. Am. Hungry!
