I was going to do a chicken salad until you reminded me I have some bacon in the fridge that needs using. So i changed to fried rice. Then i discovered some chicken kebabs under the bacon in the fridge.

So now we are having chicken kebabs and salad. I'm so organised

Last night we had fresh salmon fillets with asparagus and lime vinegarette. Omg. It was delicious. It's on taste.com.au. I don't normally eat this kind if thing but I'll certainly be having it again.

Rocket, goats cheese, warm sweet potato salad with pine nuts and sweet balsamic glaze. Yummo!

Dh said "WTH, that is not a mans meal! Where is the MEAT?!". Needless to say that I told him in no uncertain terms to ..... Stick it :-D
