I would think after a week overdue you should def be getting a BFP
It could be a corpus luteum cyst - basically a type of cyst releases the egg for O. Usually when fertilisation doesn't happen the cyst shrivels and dies. Sometimes it doesn't and can not only hold off AF but cause pg symptoms bc it is producing hormones.

Do u norm have regular cycle? Maybe u O alot later than thought. Or maybe delirium is right. I ended up with a simple follicular cyst a few months ago. Had all pregnancy symptoms and a missing AF. Had alot of cramping for a week or so though. My AF finally came on CD57 and I norm have 34-37 day cycle. It did clear up by itself though.
Hope u don't have one and u get your BFP or AF arrives soon. Goodluck Hun!!
