    Same as Barefooted. I add grated cheese, creamed corn, bacon, garlic, onions and asparagus..... Im getting hungry now hehe

    I made this one on Christmas Day - it is served hot and was delicious.

    Combine:
    250g grated cheese
    300ml sour cream
    250g cream cheese
    210g creamed corn
    6 spring onions or some chives, chopped
    6 rashers of bacon, chopped

    Slice top of your cob loaf and scoop out bread. Fill with above. Bake in oven 1.5 - 2 hours at 150 degrees celsius. During last 10 minutes put the bread pieces into oven also.
