Default Savoury muffin recipe -10mth old

    Hi everyone
Does anyone have a tried and tested Savoury muffin recipe that would be suitable for a 10mth old? Looking at a way to sneaks some veggies in, but most I've seen have bacon/ham which my husband doesn't want to introduce to bub at this age due to it being high in salt. He also has an allergy reaction if he has too much dairy so minimal cheese/milk in there would be good.

    Thanks

I used to make these fritters all the time for my boys when they were that age... I just used whatever veg I had in the fridge, and they still tasted nice

    Vegetable Fritters

    (
I don't think you'll find many muffin recipes without dairy )

I make zucchini slice in mini muffin tins, easy for them to hold, easy to freeze in batches and great for taking out: ( I put whatever veggies are at hand but try and include 5)
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup self raising flour
    2 grated zuchini
    1 crated carrot
    1/2 cup cooked peas
    1/2 cup cooked corn
    1/4 cup cooked spinach
    1 clove garlic
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup cheese ( you can leave this out, I use either ricotta, goat, cheddar)
Mix all in a bowl and spoon into muffin tins and bake for approx 12 minutes or until cooked!
