This is this weeks plan starting tomorrow. They are all healthy meals of my own or off of the weight watchers app on my phone.
Lemongrass chicken with noodles
Capsicums stuffed with rice, lentils, pine nuts and mint
Chicken palliards with basil cream sauce and vegetables
Pumpkin, cashew and feta salad with wholemeal roll
Pork and sweet potato slow cooker stew with freekah
Potato gnocchi with pea and rocket pesto.
Off to the farmers market to get my fruit and veg - lots of herbs needed this week.
