    Default Weekly Meal Plans

    Thought I would start a thread for those that meal plan, or want to meal plan to gain some inspiration. Basically share your weekly meal plans so other members can gain inspiration, if someone likes a certain recipe, then you post it

    Here's this weeks menu (I only plan dinners, as brekkie and lunch is usually cereal and mixed sandwiches/salad) -

    Parsley & lemon steamed fish w Salad and wedges
    Beef noodles in lettuce cups
    Spinach dhal w garlic bread
    Rainbow risotto
    Sausage Stroganoff
    Char-grilled vegie & tuna rice
    Chicken noodle stirfry

    I plan meals but am flexible on which day they happen depending on what I feel like. So this week:

    -Chicken & Veg curry with rice and naan
    -Homemade pizzas
    -Spaghetti Bolognese with rolls & salad
    -Honey mustard chicken with veg couscous
    -Chicken and salad wraps
    -Vegetarian Noodle Stirfry


    Mummy & Daddy - expanding our family! Our little man born April 2011 and now expecting another munchkin in August 2012! Loving it!!!!!

    Good idea

    This week it was:
    Pork Roast
    Mexican chicken with lime and avocado salsa
    Lentil and pea curry
    Chicken pesto pasta
    Summer beef casserole

    tonight - bacon and egg rolls
    Tuesday -fish chips and garden salad
    Wednesday- Quiche & salad
    Thursday- Mushroom burgers with chips
    Friday- Tacos
    Saturday- bbq chicken & greek salad
    Sunday- carbonara fettuccine, Garlic bread & greek salad

    Mon - crispy chicken wings with roasted carrots, onions and sprouts

    Tues - teriyaki chicken rice paper rolls

    Wed - eggplant and mushroom pasta bake & salad

    Thurs - bbq'd lamb chops with roasted pumpkin and steamed broccoli

    Fri - pork chops with crunchy Asian salad

    Tonight- sweet chili grilled salmon plus pumpkin,haloumi, pine nut and spinach salad

    Tuesday- turkey meatballs and spaghetti with green salad

    Wednesday - bbq lamb kebab wraps with Greek salad ( I have falafel)

    Thursday - butter chicken and rice

    Friday - swordfish and haloumi kebabs with rocket and parmesan salad

    Saturday - going out

    Sunday - homemade pizza - DH has mushroom, feta and proscuitto DS and I have spinach, feta and chili!

    Mon - Moroccan chicken with rice
    Tues - shepherds pie with salad
    Wed - rustic slow cooked chicken with pumpkin, leek and carrots
    Thurs - vegetarian pasta bake
    Fri - homemade pizza - margarita and chicken & potato
    The weekends we usually go out to friends houses, parents or have people over so we don't plan meals for the weekend.

    Chicken and corn pie w/ salad
    Savory mince w/rice
    Crispy chicken & salad wraps
    Spaghetti & meatballs w/salad
    Vegetable soup (mainly pumpkin with red lentils to thicken) w/bread rolls

    B fast is cereal
    Lunch is salad corn wraps, corn thins or sandwiches

    Morning/afternoon tea is fruit with something baked (muffins ect) or yoghurt or crackers/biscuits.
