I'd love one but I can't afford it. Can't even afford gym membership right now.

I dont want to pay someone to cause me physical pain and tell me what to do.
I once was doing a Jillian Michaels DVD and was getting annoyed at her telling me to 'come on' and 'dont you dare stop' ...eff you, my legs hurt, stop torturing me via my tv! I literally couldnt walk the next day. Biatch.

For those of you who want too but can't afford the $60 an hour, try looking into the group sessions not much different but mine is then only $10 an hour

I would love a PT but can't afford it. I do group PT sessions instead and really enjoy it.

Honestly? Because I don't need one.
Nobody can push me harder than myself I know what to eat, when to eat, when to train and how to mix that training up when it comes to work outs. I know my body better than anyone and I know what works in terms of losing weight, toning muscles and keeping fit without overdoing it.
Why would I pay someone to do what I already do for myself better than they ever possibly could . Waste of money for me, personally.

Because I go to a small gym and the ladies who run it are awesome and give me one on one every time I'm there.

I go to the gym and am happy motivating myself I don't need someone pushing me and yelling etc as I wouldn't respond to that and will end up hate going

cos i'm underweight, not overweight (i know, it's not just overweight people who see pts)
cos i'm poor
cos i have no intention of ever using a gym or anything related to gyms to get my exercise. i have a 30kg staffy cross here just in case i decide that i need to go for a run lol
