    Yeah, there is a benchmark that if you surpass, you have to be a registered business and do BASS statements etc.

    My business is small, I make under $10k a year through it and so it's classed as a hobby. I don't have to register the business name, I don't have to do tax or anything like that, and I purposely keep it small for these very reasons
