I know there are a ton of weight loss threads from this year...so I'm starting a new one with the focus on *next* year . As per my signature, I've lost 12kg this year and luckily have only put on 200g over Christmas .
Still have another 10kg to go (possibly 15, will see how I go) until I'm at my goal weight. After a few weeks of "festive" eating, I'm looking forward to going back to sensible, healthy, enjoyable eating and exercise. It all starts on Monday 02/01/2012.
I achieved my first goal already
2nd goal is to lose 10kg by my husbands birthday at the end of March.
3rd and final goal is to lose another 10-15kg by my birthday in early June.
What are your goals for 2012??

I'll be staring first day back at work Jan 10th! My sister has asked me to be a brides maid at her wedding in September, so I have awhile!!
I want to lose 15-20kg by then, I hope!! I'm going back on rapid loss shakes and this time I'm going to stick to it!

I'm starting 1st January.
I'll be back on my Body Trim. Before Christmas I'd lost 7 & had 6 to go.
After Christmas, I'll probably have 8kg to go.
I'm not concerned about doing it quickly, I want it gone for ever so I think slow is the way to go.
So until 30 June I'm going to commit to serious sustainable weightloss & from 1 July, I'm going to focus on weight training & toning up.
FX I have a good beach bod by next Christmas.

I want to lose 8kg, 6kg of which is left over baby weight from DS2. Starting 2/1/12, but already cutting down on sugar and eating more salads etc.
Very much looking forward to getting back into my skinny jeans!
Will just be doing a bit of portion control with my beloved carbs and walking daily. Will up the effort if I have to!

I lost 12.1kg in the last challange thread. Sitting at 78.8 at the moment, so I am aiming to lose another 10-12kg in 2012.
I have already reached my first 3 goals, which were to be able to run 5k, I am now running over 7k easily and to get under 90 and then get under 80. My next goal is to be under 70. I would like to achieve that by Easter, so I have a 4month window to achieve that. Once I reach that I aim to increase my general fittness, core strength and tone my body and I am also wanting to run a marathon in the new year.

ME!!!!! I need to get my butt into gear!!! I have lost 25kg over the last year and I have about 8 kg to go... I have just joined a gym so I have no excuse!!

I'm in! I lost 23kgs or thereabout last year but have put a couple back on in last month. I'm keen to lose another ten!! Back to Zumba and dog walks for me. And no more chips!!!!!! Well maybe once a week treat!
