Best gift I gave was to DH. One of his pressies was a flint to start fires with when he goes camping. Only something small and inexpensive but he was so pleased with it! Nice to know its not always the amount of money you spend on a gift that makes someone happy with it!

I gave: a heap of plants, 2 bunnings gift cards, A box filled with Nerf bullets, a book, 3 bottles of red wine, a bracelet and DVD's.
Then a pile of kids toys for DD, my niece and my nephew.

home-made toffees for my boss and her daughter.
same toffees and a home-made collage of photos for my amazing bird vets.
family secret santa for my sister- these came from office works- a pen of hand sanitiser, a pink magnetic snow glob picture frame and a pick and mix thing with animal-shaped rubber bands, some clips and some shaped rubbers.

oh and on the way home on boxing day from my parents' i bought some m&ms, glow sticks, matchbox cars and jellybeans for the kids of a refugee friend of my mum's, who was there. lovely, lovely kids and amazingly strong, brave mum. gave those to my mum today to pass onto her.

The best present we gave was a brand new computer for my family (mum, little brother and sister)!! Mum cried lol it was so awesome to see their faces - they were stoked!
Other gifts I gave to various family members/in laws etc were, his dark materials trilogy, children's books, travel voucher, sushezi, iTunes vouchers, slippy slide, clothes.
