    Default Recurring Bleb/Milk Blister/White Spot

I have a recurring bleb on rightie. Each time I tear the skin and get DD to feed but it comes back a few months later. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it for good? It frikkin hurts when it's there.

    Cheers.

I've read that it can be from incorrect latch. Maybe see a LC and see if they can help? In the meantime I'd try a different hold for feeding off that side, lying down I found helped because then bub wasn't rubbing on that spot anymore. And Lansinoh.
