Default Best vegetarian Christmas loaf EVER!!!

    Christmas Pinenut loaf
I spend all year dreaming about this loaf. It more than makes up for being a vegetarian at Christmas. I normally have to fight the meat eaters off it!

    And it freezes well too.

    Merry Christmas!

It looks really dry. Do you serve it with gravy or something?

No, it's quite moist. But you serve it with gravy, apple sauce, cranberry sauce...
it replaces the meat in a traditional Christmas dinner.
