I've been having pain in my top teeth near my wisdom teeth which I still have. It went within a couple of days. Apparently there is a thing called neuralgia which can cause your teeth to ache but it is sinus related even without an infection. Hope that helps, I was lucky my friend is a dentist so texted her, not a fan of dentists![]()

I never ended up going to the dentist, it settled down after a few days... hasn't flared up since...

I know you had the pain ages ago lol, but another thing it could have just been in inflamed gum, like gingivitis. That can feel like the tooth hurts even when you can't pinpoint the actual pain source easily, so it feels like more than one tooth, but it is actually the gum. It also usually goes away, like with vigilant brushing etc, so that could be what happened.

Get it checked! The pain I had resulted in one tooth pulled, infection needing antibiotics, a root canal and a filling and that was all on one side if mouth. Now going to dentist every 6 months!!
