I've heard of some women having an O during birth... but have never heard a personal account.
And although I haven't had a VB, I HAVE experienced labour, and there is NOTHING orgasmic about it!

I'd love to have one, but I tell you - if anyone had gone near my clitoris whilst I was labouring, I probably would have torn their hand off.
US midwife Ina May Gaskin has some great books/tales on the matter.

I've heard of it...but I have no idea how it would be possible

I haven't told anyone this, but there was definitely a moment during my DS's birth that I felt something close to the build up of an orgasm. It was brief though.

Google it on youtube. There is videos about it. Apparently because the baby is coming out the same place as the p*nis goes in, You can have an orgasm when giving birth. ( yes thats how one lady described it)
Its about "letting yourself go" and relaxing so that the pain turns to pleasure.
I was pretty relaxed during DD's birth but cant say i was feeling any form of "pleasure"

I read something about it when researching calmbirths, etc. I was so confused, and looked it up on youtube, and it says that all a woman's "internal hot spots" get touched while giving birth. I find it kinda creepy to be honest lol.

I consider my dd's delivery to be absolutely perfect and quite painless, definately not even the shadow of an orgasmic moment however
