Yes. We tried for 15 months all up before having success. We went to see a specialist and had DH's stuff tested and i had a blood test to check ovulation etc and we were both normal and fine, but still no success. On going back for our second appointment to the specialist we had some news to tell him

I went off the pill in July 2002. We did clomid for 2006 and five failed attempts at iui during 2007. In 2008 I was diagnosed with cancer and spent the first half of the year doing chemo. Than in December 2008 we found out I was pregnant.
We started TTC number 2 last August. We fell pregnant in April this year but miscarried in may at 9 weeks. We are now 9 weeks pregnant after 14 months of TTC

I'm now 35 weeks pregnant with our number 2 bubba, who took us FOUR years to conceive! We never tried any form of fertility treatments.

It took 18 month TTC our son. We had all the tests done and were both fine. I found out I was pregnant 9 days before our fertility specialist appointment. And we have now been trying for number 2 for 6 months with no success so far.

We had been TTC#1 since Oct 2010 & we have only found out on the 15th Dec 2011 that we were just over 4 weeks pregnant!! It was something that I never ever expected to see.
We were in the process of seeing an OB/GYN & was four days off starting clomid, so I'm really glad I tested when we did. The doctor had told me that since I wasn't getting AF (hadn't had AF since Dec 2010) there was no way I could fall preg before starting Clomid. For this reason, thinking I couldn't get pregers I gave up on trying to fall, drank at Christmas parties, started a fat burner for a new fitness regime (which was working really well!) and booked a New Years away with DH & I planning to drink heaps & have a good time. Pretty much did everything you're not meant too before TTC. My stomach felt weird (hard to explain but harder) and my (.)(.) were huge so I did a test & it blew me away when I got my first bfp!
Marttc, my DH previously had a SA test which came back with the same results...didn't seem too promising. I did alot of googleing & others had found taking Vitamin C (1000mcg) and Zinc showed to improve results. Four months of these vitamin's & one SA later & the results were perfect! It was amazing! It's worth a try & so much cheaper! We were doubtful about it but thought worth a try & we are so glad we did try!
