I used the Four Ingredients Christmas Recipe:

250g of chocolate (white, dairy milk or dark)
    150g Turkish delight
    1 cup chopped marshmallows
(and macademia nuts which I didn't actually use as it was for mums group and one girl has a nut allergy)

You just melt the chocolate and pour it over the marshmallows and turkish delight and then leave to set in the fridge DP loved it!

Also at Coles at the moment they have this Christmas food magazine and it has a different recipe in there, I haven't tried it but can post recipe if you like?

I don't have a recipe. I just melt a good quality chocolate, add in chopped up peanuts, marshmallows, jelly lollies, coconut and what ever else I want to add. Mix it all together and spread out, chill and then cut into chunks.

You can make one with white chocolate, pistacios, dried cranberries and coconut for something a bit different

Nigella adds butter to the melted chocolate and I have also done this before.

    Add arrowroot biscuit pieces too.

I have just made some this morning so do not know what it tastes like yet but I ate a little of the pre-set rocky road and yum! Be aware of the millions of calories though heh

I didn't have exact amounts as mentioned in the recipe but it included:

275g Turkish delight (I used Fry's brand that you get in the supermarket)
    240g snickers
    1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
    150g marshmallows
1 cup hazelnuts or whatever nuts you like
1/2 cup m & m's (I used Christmas ones as it adds colour)
500g chocolate (I ended up using 700g as I put more rice bubbles and m&m's)

Mix together and put in a tray lined with baking paper. Put it in the in fridge until set.
