    Default Toddler vitamins

I'm considering giving ds1 vitamins. He eats next to no fruit or veg.

He used to scoff down his veggies, then when he got his molars he discovered meat.

He's now been sick (cold & flu) 3 times in the last 10 weeks.

I try hiding his veggies, encourage him but to no avail.

So what supplements can I give him, and what is the easiest to give without him kicking up a fuss.

    Thanks in advance

I have had Pentavite (sp?) recommended to me by several mum friends.

    Seriously any

Dd was prescribed the penative (sp) ones but they're not a full muilty. Just the important stuff like omega3, vita c, vita b & vita D I think. All the kids muilti's at the shops look (and taste) like lollies. Hell love them!

I can remember being raised on Pentavite too!

We give our 2 yr old the Herron chewable multi-vitamins. He thinks they're a treat so we don't have any problems getting them down
