Ha! Glad it wasn't just me. I was putting up with it for a week and just went to the doctor yesterday as I figured it must have been a sinus infection as I was starting to get a sore throat too. I'm not sure if you can take something called Bisolvon but I have a feeling I saw it listed as something you can take while BFing in the pamphlet the hospital gave me. Its intended for a chesty cough but last year in October I had a sinus infection and my doctor told me I could take it to help drain my sinuses. Silly me forgot to check at the doctors but I'm planning on calling Mothersafe tomorrow to ask.

Not sure if this has resolved yet- but I found using a Netti pot really helped. Looks like a tea pot! U stick the spout into your nose, lean forward and it drains through your sinuses. U can get one from the chemist they come with a saline solution that you mix with warm water and flush.

I suffer from sinusitis quite a bit and have found this helps heaps! Shouldn't interfere with your breast feeding either.

    Good luck
