my dd had heart surgery in june and her immunisations were delayed, we were under so much stress with her healing process that i forgot to take her for her 6 months and she just turned 1 last week ..........would the doctors give her her 6 month and 12 month at the same time? .......does it make me a bad mother that i forgot ?

It's fine. Lots of people (myself included) delay vax on purpose
Just chat to your doctor and they will tell you how far apart to have them done.

It's fine, your GP will work out a new schedule for you. As laksa said, there are a few of who delay vax anyway, it's fine and you are not a bad mum
