I have PCOS and Im trying to concieve. I used provera to menstrate and on days 3-8 took 2 clomid tablets. I have been trying to detect ovulation every day using the saliva test Ovuplan Scope. I have no idea what the results are as I can take it first thing in the morning and there will be ferns everywhere meaning ovulation. Then I will take it again 20mins later and nothing. I dont understand how I can apparently be ovulating on and off every day. That or the OPK isnt correct. On days 10 and 11 of my cycle I have had lower period like pains and had intercourse in case I was ovulating but not 100% sure I was. My cervical mucus seems to be constantly changing day to day but usually quite stretchy and clear at least once a day. Arghhh! Im so confused. Im on day 15 today and have sore breasts but thats it. Does anyone have any idea of what I should be doing? Or what is happening?

Using Ovuplan Scope to detect ovulation

I wouldn't be relying on your scope. They work for some but the majority of people they create more confusion than it's worth. I would just be sticking to OPK's as they are more accurate and reliable.

Hi, I have started using the Ovuplan Scope in the last month or so. I had lots of fern patterns on days 15 and 16, and then it went to nothing the next day, then each day after that there were spots as it says on the leaflet. Then a couple of days ago I started seeing the fern pattern again with lots of spots dotted as well. Again today there was mass fern pattern, and I am now day 27. My periods are regular so I expect it in the next coupe of days. The leaflet says the fern pattern after ovulation is a rise in oestrogen (which could be a sign of pregnancy). I don't have my hopes up, we have been trying for over two years. But I just wanted to make sense of what I am seeing on the Scope. Any thoughts on this would be great! Cheers :-)
