I have trouble eating in the mornings as well.. I've just been having a big glass of Milo and milk; and a banana because I have to take my multi vitamin with food.
The recipes for smoothies are endless! Personally I like banana & raspberries .. yummo and heaps better than those bland diet shakes
For my morning sickness (which is lasting ALL day), I like drinking Ginger beer, ginger is very good for nausea.
